![]() 223 from Hodgdon for you mousegun owners who reload:Ĥ0 GR. 308, and that makes me happy to have anotehr powder to try in that caliber especially if it really works to reduce copper fouling. That makes me figure that it's probably a relatively slow-burning powder. It also seems to develop top velocities except with bullets 40 grains and below, and lists no data for anything lighter than 40 grains. Hodgdon has developed a new powder which is not only clean-burning, but it actually is supposed to "clean" your barrel as you shoot it by reducing copper build-up. ![]() I have on hand three powders that are suitible for loading. I might even get a bullet mold and load 22 hornet and 22 magnum equivelent loads for REALLY cheap plinking. Now I can shoot the cheap 223 ammo and save the brass for reloading. it's a NEF single shot with a Bull barrel that I bought used na has a really nice bore. I recently aquirred my first 223, but it's a brown gun instead of a black one.
